Nollywood actress, Ebube Nwagbo, has added her voice to the trending domestic violence issue. In a series of Snap posts, the talented role interpreter said she found it hard to understand how a grown woman would decide to stay in an abusive relationship or marriage. She also noted that domestic violence is not limited to physical assault, listing emotional abuse and verbal abuse among other forms of domestic violence. She wrote, “I don’t know why a grown up woman will choose to stay in an abusive relationship/marriage… WTF all because you want to stay married/situationship. No man has the right to touch any woman whether married or not. Shout out to every strong woman that had the courage and strength to leave an abusive relationship/marriage… U are the true definition of A #StrongWoman The Lord Will Always Be Our Strength.
